Raspberry Sunflower Butter Smoothie

Six out of seven days out of the week I train for 2.5 hours, first thing in the morning. Pre-workout always consists of 7 grams of MCT oil to get my system revving and my post-workout always consists 30 grams of protein, 50 grams of carbs, and as much fat as I can handle for proper recovery.  This raspberry sunflower butter smoothie has been on repeat for me over the last three weeks. 

MACROS: 36 protein, 24 fat, 50 carbs



190 grams raspberries, frozen

2 cups Califia Farms unsweetened toasted vanilla coconut almond milk

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

30 grams unsweetened, unsalted sunflower butter

50 grams baked purple sweet potato
